ComPetCap® Technology

As a first company CCT GmbH meets the expectations and requests of the preform and closure manufacturers as well as the bottling companies and consumers with the ComPetCap® Technology.

The aim of the ComPetCap® Technology is to offer manufacturers and users of PET packaging innovative, economic and future-oriented packaging which last but not least consider also the needs of the consumers as the essential thing.

As a first step the CompetCap® version has been designed as ComPetCap® CC 28/21-01 especially for carbonated beverage packaging.

This is a neck and closure version which ideally combines the material-saving neck and closure version PCO 1881 with the quality of consumer-friendly neck and closure version PCO 28 (1810) being used by the market for decades.

The advantages of the neck 28-21-Medium and the closure CC 28/21-01 are:

• Appearance and handling of the closures are proven for the consumer as applied for decades (20mm closure height)!
• No reconstruction costs on moulding, filling and capping plants!
• In addition to these advantages a material-saving of at least 1.5g for preform and closure in comparison with the neck and closure version PCO 28 (1810).
